As part of my postgraduate studies in Strategic Relationship Marketing at George Brown College, I conducted a market and customer segment analysis for CoLabourNation, focusing on customer engagement strategies and CRM efficiency improvements to enhance user experience and platform scalability.

CHALLENGE

CoLabourNation operates as a collaborative job platform connecting professionals and businesses. As the platform scales, the challenge lies in optimizing customer engagement, refining segmentation strategies, and enhancing CRM systems to improve user acquisition and retention.

APPROACH

Using data-driven market research and customer experience (CX) principles, I applied strategic frameworks to evaluate CoLabourNation’s growth opportunities:

Market & Customer Segment Analysis – Identified key user demographics, behavioral trends, and engagement patterns.

Competitive Benchmarking – Assessed similar job and freelance platforms to determine CoLabourNation’s unique positioning and differentiation.

CRM & Customer Engagement Strategy – Provided insights on optimizing the customer relationship management system, personalizing communications, and improving retention strategies.

Strategic Recommendations – Developed scalable engagement tactics, loyalty-building mechanisms, and CRM automation strategies to improve platform efficiency.
